Fred’s Tip
Day-old bread makes terrific croutons, but fresh store-bought bread works just fine. Try French bread, Italian bread, sourdough, or a sturdy sandwich bread.
Perfect for: tossed green salads, Caesar salads, soups—or eating by the handful when nobody’s looking.
Good Garlic!
